Who Carries Out the Testing? Which Testing Procedures are Used?
At the ten test stations, the TÜV records measuring data using various devices and takes samples which are subsequently analyzed in the TÜV laboratory.
The investigation focuses in particular on the level of dust fallout ascertained at the test stations and the level of airborne particles. In addition the dust samples collected are analyzed to determine the presence of substances such as dioxins, arsenic, cadmium and lead.
Air samples are also taken to determine the level of gaseous substances such as nitrogen dioxide and gaseous mercury.
